Four Achieve Sustainable Building Advisor Certification Bob Woods, Sheila Gates-Ping, Mark King and Rod Butler of Zeck Butler Architects have recently been certified as Sustainable Building Advisors by the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program. The SBA program includes training and a certification exam in order to train professionals to use sustainable design concepts for buildings to be energy and resource efficient, environmentally responsible, cost effective, and to provide healthy environments. Tepeyac Haven Achieves LEED-H Gold Certification Tepeyac Haven, a multi-family housing project in Pasco, Washington was awarded LEED-H Gold on October 9, 2007. Saranac Hotel Renovation Featured on KREM 2 News The Saranac Hotel Renovation at 25 W. Main in downtown Spokane was recently featured in a KREM 2 News broadcast. Zeck Butler Architects is designing the renovation with a committment towards sustainability. The project is slated to be LEED™ Certified GOLD. (3.07)
